This Refund Policy explains how purchases made through Astra Roleplay are handled. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that all products and services are digital and subject to the terms outlined below.

All purchases made through Astra Roleplay are final. By purchasing any product, service, membership, or digital item from our store, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Astra Roleplay does not provide refunds, partial refunds, store credits, or exchanges once a purchase has been successfully completed.
All products sold by Astra Roleplay are digital goods and are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, purchased items cannot be returned and are therefore non-refundable.
This policy applies to all digital products offered by Astra Roleplay, including but not limited to whitelist priority, supporter memberships, vehicles, cosmetic items, character slots, custom content, and any other in-game purchases.
Before completing any purchase, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are purchasing the correct item and that you understand what the purchase includes.
If you have any questions regarding a product or service, please contact our support team before making a payment.
Refunds will not be issued if your account is suspended, banned, restricted, or otherwise loses access to Astra Roleplay due to a violation of our rules or Terms of Service.
Purchases are made voluntarily and remain non-refundable regardless of future disciplinary action taken against your account.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Astra Roleplay support may result in the permanent suspension of your account, Discord access, and any associated in-game benefits.
We reserve the right to submit transaction records and supporting evidence to payment providers when responding to chargebacks or disputes.
Refunds are generally not provided under any circumstances.
The only exception may be a verified duplicate payment or payment processing error caused directly by Astra Roleplay or our payment provider. Any such requests will be reviewed individually and are granted solely at the discretion of the Astra Roleplay Administration.
If you believe you have experienced a payment error, please contact our support team through the official Astra Roleplay Discord server before contacting your payment provider.
By making any purchase from Astra Roleplay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
